Jake was, unfortunately, retired from the Army in 2010 after his deployment in Afghanistan abruptly ended. Now a Purple Heart Combat Veteran, Jake had to find his way again. With a consistent passion for automotives and off-roading, he went to school and started his new career path.

Brian started out working on his own projects at home. He realized he also had a passion for automotives and off-roading and decided it was time for him to explore his skills further.
Jake and Brian met in 2018 working together at another off-road shop in Florida. Brian was the lead fabricator, and Jake was the head technician. In 2021 they both decided to part ways with the company and Brian moved to Georgia, while Jake moved to Colorado.
A couple of years later, Brian decided to join him in Colorado, where Jake was a shop manager for a Jeep shop. They worked together again for a couple more years until deciding to make the big move back to Florida to open their own shop together.​​
